FAQ - Mindflow Coaching Live Coaching - Anka Kovac Augustiny

How does Mindflow Coaching differ from «normal» coaching?

Regular coaching follows a typical coaching schema, a process. My process is the optimal mixture for each client from all of the knowledge I have. I am always giving you a unique approach, the key for your topic.

How many coaching sessions are at least necessary to solve my problem?

The question is rather how much time you need to make your process of changing and achieving what you want. Each person is different and has different needs, goals, topics. It can be one or many sessions.

Is my health insurance paying my coaching sessions?

I am sorry but for now none of the insurance companies is paying for Life Coaching. Maybe in the future there will be a coverage for Play Attention.

Where do we meet, or do we meet at all (is video conferencing possible)?

We can meet in my office in Biel/Bienne at Kanalgasse 36–38, at your place or outdoors in nature. If you like, we can get in touch on Skype or via WhatsApp.

What does the process look like?

We meet each other and have some nice introductions. Then we explore what your topic is and what's your goal of this session. Afterwards we will dive in with different tools to find your best resources to support your goal and find the best solution. The next step is to identify what you will bring to your everyday life after the session: What will be your anchor and support through everyday's life challenges? The coaching process will finish with your feedback to sum up what happened in the last 60 minutes. It's open if we continue our work with a next session or if you just call me again when you need me.

Are our conversations confidential?

Confidentiality is a very important aspect of the coaching relationship. What you share with me stays with me. (The only exception is the law related obligation to testify in court.)

How will you know if I am the right coach for you?

Don’t be afraid to ask me as many questions as you need to feel confident that I am right for you. And also ask yourself one really important question: How do I feel? It may sound spiritual, but ultimately a strong relationship plays a key role, so listen to your intuition!

«Coaching changes individuals, organizations, communities, and the world, and I am so honored to walk with my clients and to be a part of this profession. Coaches, thank you for the important work you do in the world. Clients, thank you for your commitment to growth and striving to be the highest, most purposeful version of yourself that you possibly can – which also changes the world.» Steve Chandler and Rich Litvin
